"I am writing to let you know how impressed I was with your company. Your sales person came out the day after my enquiry, which in itself is very impressive considering I had between a 6-10 week wait to get a quote from other companies.
I was given the quote but an engineer was needed to check out the positioning of the unit, he came the same day. Amazing.
The guys turned up dead on 7:05am and the system was in and running by 11. I was very impressed with the way the staff worked, cleaned up afterwards and took away all the rubbish. Most unusual in this day and age.

"This is just a short note to say thank you the the excellent service I received from the entire team involved in installing my air conditioning at my home. Iour initial service was great - on time, informative, friendly and professional, with no pressure and a competitive quote. The staff in your office were always friendly and helpful over the phone too. Even the payment process is easy.
I particularly want to let you know about the excellent work of the installation team, who were professional and displayed excellent customer service skills. It is rare to find tradespoeple that are good at their job, on time and have interpersonal skills to deal with customers. I witnessed the work performed and was impressed that every part of the job had to meet the head installers high standards, and I have never before seen a clean up job such as theirs. It is very osvious that these guys work well as a team, assisting each other with anything required, and taking time to teach their apprentices the difference between a good job and a great job. They also took the time to make sure I understood how to operate the system.
I don't normally write thank you letters as I consider good customer service should be standard, however this experience was well worth writing about.
Many thanks to those involved and to the managers of Air Pro, I would have no hesitation recommending your company to any potential customer."

"Over the past 15 months I went to many different AC companies about what sort of system would be best for my house. Air Pro was able to duct our lower floor where other companies had said that they couldn't do it. I still felt worried baecause most companies seemed only concerned about getting in quick and getting their money fast. Air Pro assured me they were not like this, and although we have a complicated system to install it would be done perfectly.
I can now advise that Air Pro is as good as their qord. Our units perform perfectly and were installed meticulously. No mess, no bother, no mistakes. A follow up person was sent out to adjust the air flow and increase a duct length slightly. He came when requested and did a professional job. I am very satisfied with all aspects of the work Air Pro did for me."
