Air Conditioning Service Department
At Air Pro Air Conditioning we have our own service department with qualified trained service technicians capable of handling any make or model of air conditioning system. The Service Department at Air Pro prides itself on superior service to all makes of air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation and exhausts systems.
Its specialised focus is on systems manufactured by Daikin, LG and Email/ Airwell, however it has capabilities in the service and repair of all makes and models of air conditioners, from split, ducted, VRV and Multi split systems.
The Service Department’s objective is to provide superior value and assistance to our customers with the focus on customer satisfaction, timely service and quick response times according to severity and priority requirements.
To enable a high quality of service the following infrastructure in is place:
- Excellent Management, Administration and Communications Centre
Fully qualified technicians
Regular training and skills upgrades.
Procedures in line with Australian Refrigeration Council Guidelines
Established rapport with major industry suppliers.
Spare parts division stocking most commonly used components & parts.
